Cloudiway SASU and its subsidiaries (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operate cloudiway.com, and portal.cloudiway.com. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.
We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving Sites. By using Sites, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, accessible at portal.cloudiway.com.
We are committed to processing personal data in accordance with international legal standards, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws. This policy incorporates the Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”), available online (click here), when the GDPR applies to the use by Customer of the Services to process Customer Data (as defined in the DPA).
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
If we are processing personal data within the scope of the CCPA, the CCPA policy shall apply, available online (Click here). It is important to note that Cloudiway will process Customer data on behalf of Customer and, not retain, use, or disclose that data for any purpose other than for the purposes set out in the DPA and as permitted under the CCPA, including under any “sale” exemption. In no event will Cloudiway sell any such data. These CCPA terms do not limit or reduce any data protection commitments Cloudiway made under the DPA, Terms of use, or other agreement between Cloudiway and Customer.
Information collection and use
While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, postal address, and phone number (“Personal Information”). We will only collect and process personal data about you where we have a lawful basis to do so. Lawful bases include where you have given consent, where a contract is in place and processing is necessary for the performance of the contract, or when a legitimate interest exists. A legitimate interest could be:
- Protect you, us, or others from security threats;
- Comply with laws that apply to us;
- Enable or administer our business;
- Manage corporate transactions, such as mergers or acquisitions; and

Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to this designated address: legal@cloudiway.com However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute’s opt-out requirements.
